1) Funds of the founding organizations;
2) Subscriptions to the printed version of the journal.

Publication in the journal is free for authors. The editorial board does not charge authors for the preparation, placement and printing of materials.
Financial relationships between participants in the process of publishing scientific materials do not affect editorial decision-making.
Advertising policy
Advertising should be related to the subject of the journal and represent the dissemination of information about scientific and educational events and products, and scientific news in print, electronic publications, and web resources.
Advertising revenue can create potential conflicts of interest, but there is no influence of advertisers and sponsors on the editorial board of the journal, regardless of the terms of their cooperation.
The volume of promotional materials should not exceed 10% of the total content of the journal.
The editorial board does not review promotional articles, and commercial content should not be placed next to editorial materials.
Promotional materials should be clearly separated from others to avoid misunderstandings.
Advertisers within the advertising module are not allowed to mention scientific publications using keywords.
Promotional materials should not mislead or misinform consumers.
Ads must not contain derogatory or offensive comments based on race, religion, or other grounds.
The editorial board has the right to reject any advertising content that may negatively affect the reputation of the publisher or does not correspond to the subject of the journal. The decision on the placement of advertising is made by the executive editorial board of the journal.
